I grew up in a small Oklahoman community and studied medicine at Oklahoma State University. It has been a joy to spend 1-2 months in Jordan, Nigeria, India, China, Mexico, and Venezuela and see God save different people from different cultures and places through the same message of grace and forgiveness in Christ. I believe God gets crazy excited when we use the good news to bring those far near and to train them to do the same. Some practical ways that is fleshed out for me is by living in a men's discipleship house in the poorest part of our city, praying with patients in the clinic and hospital, multiplying discipleship Bible studies, and sharing the gospel with whomever would have ears to listen and a heart to love like Jesus does.
