Due to processing costs, we typically do NOT offer refunds. However, we understand that due to COVID-19 there can be restrictions and uncertainty around travel. If for some reason you are unable to attend we will be happy to work with you to come up with a solution or transfer your registration to to the virtual option or the conference the following year. Please email info@medicalmissions.com with requests.
Yes! Southeast Christian Church (host of GMHC) offers host housing for students and missionaries attending the GMHC. Members of Southeast Christian Church offer their homes as hosts during the GMHC. A member of the GMHC team will be in touch with you once you have completed our on-line housing request form. Please allow our team time to process each request.

The GMHC offers up to 8 credit hours of Continuing Education for a variety of health care professions (AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™; AAFP, Nursing, Pharmacy CPE, Dental). The sessions that qualify for CE credits are noted online and in information found at the CE desk during the conference. Sessions with available CE must be attended in person to apply for CE and details on how to apply for credit can also be found at the CE information desk.
*Please note that not all sessions qualify for CE and that the types of CE available for applicable sessions varies.
Yes, you can actually access your receipt by logging in to medicalmissions.com with the account you registered with and then selecting your personal "Dashboard" from the drop down when you hover over your profile picture on the top right hand side of your screen. You will see a heading titled "Upcoming Events You Are Attending" and from there you have access to your event ticket and receipt.
