Members of this team assist us in our exhibit halls. You will be helping our wonderful exhibitors cart boxes to their booths, setting up QR code signage, checking-in exhibitors, and assisting with our exhibitor hospitality room. Please note to serve in this role you will need to feel comfortable with standing for short periods of time, walking short distances, assisting with check-in tables, and delivering boxes via rolling carts to various booth spaces.

As a volunteer, we want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your assigned role. This training will go over specifics of your role and what you can expect when you arrive during the week of the conference. This is also the perfect time to ask any questions you have about the conference or what you will be doing.
We highly encourage you to attend this training if at all possible to help the week of the conference go as smoothly as possible for everyone!
