Overview:

As an 85-bed full-service hospital, the purpose of ELWA Hospital is to glorify God by providing quality healthcare, proclaiming the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ, and training and discipling future healthcare leaders of Liberia. 

Requirements:

- Has an advanced degree in medicine ( M.D, MBBS), hospital administration ( MHA, MPH, MPA) or business ( MBA). 

- Has a minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role. 

- Committed to sharing the gospel where Christ is least known. 

Responsibilities:

- Be an example of Christ-like leadership, treating all patients, staff, and stakeholders as people made in the image of God. 

- Work through the senior leadership team, developing their leadership skills and holding them accountable for their areas of responsibility. 

- Work toward the ends and objectives outlined by the Hospital Board.
